iOS Need to make advertisement page for ipad - how to do?

Hi guys, I need to make an advertisement for the company I work for, for the iPad

Like a one page video/presentation. It needs to work in both portrait and landscape.

How shall I do this?

A HTML page? With a video embedded into it and the graphic? Do I do 2? For the 2 different formats?
