Need to make an older mac (or PC) wireless? $10

Price in the link is $17.99 and going thru checkout confirmed that. Is there something I missed that reduces the price to $10? Also, vendor says it's 802.11n but specs (from the manufacturer, presumably) show only 802.11b&g. Are you sure this outfit is on the up & up?
