I have purchased a machine post June 8 so I am eligible for the $9.95 SL update - but I also want to upgrade my older machine.

Can I upgrade both machines with the one disk, can I purchase 2 discounted upgrades or do I have to purchase 1 $9.95 upgrade and another $29 for the older machine?

Thanks,

Josh

$9.95 for the computer bought after June 8
$29 for other computer

Apple will also be offering a Family Pack (5-licenses) Snow Leopard upgrade disc for $49, which may not be a bad investment if you have friends/family with Macs too, or if you have more than two of your own. More info: see pricing & availability.

The family pack is not for friends or for 5 installs of any kind, it is for family living in the same household

And to the OP, the one disc will likely install on multiple computers, but the license agreement is for one disc, one computer. You should get one for the discount and one for the $29 price for your older machine to be legit.
