I bought a refurb G4 iBook recently and it had a few issues which have apparently been remedied thanks to a friend of mine. However, it appears he forgot to re-install the version of iMovie it came with and I can't seem to get in touch with him. It seems I can only download updates because when I try to install them, it says it can't find iMovie. Am I screwed?

If you have the restore discs, it should be on there. If you don't, keep trying to get in touch with your friend.
