A Andre1980 macrumors member Jul 29, 2008 39 0 Oct 19, 2008 #5 Use Automator. It's already on your Mac and is easy to set up for your purpose. Open it and look in the Finder area for "rename objects" (or similar, I'm in a German Leopard system).
