My MacBook is the late 2008 aluminum one, with 2,4 GHz and backlit keyboard.

I understand that these first two have a 2,0 GHz processor but with different serial numbers, and the third one has the 2,4 GHz processor.

Could I use any of these?

What are you using this for? I find the 2.0 GHz painfully slow even for just basic surfing. These machines need as much help in terms of CPU speed as they can get.

Photo editing and management with Adobe Lightroom (I could do away with it, 8 GB and a SSD with no problem). Also web surfing, writing... the regular stuff.

If you're in the US, that's going to cost you over US$70 for the motherboard with shipping, more if you're outside the US, and it's still going to be very, very slow. It's also a machine that is no longer supported.

Are you willing to increase your budget? Unless budget is the absolute primary concern, at this point you might want to consider getting a more recent machine, perhaps something like a used 2012 non-Retina MacBook Pro 13". You might be able to find one in good condition for less than US$250 with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD. I was lucky and just got a used but mint 2015 Retina MacBook Pro 13" with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD for US$360.

Sadly I'm outside the US so it's impossible to find some used MacBook as cheap as 250 bucks. I'm under a fixed budget indeed, so I still win by paying a bit more than $70.
