Need to share screen on 6 iPads from presenter iPad

I have a PDF I would like to share across 6 iPads. I need to be in control of the other screens, and will not have a reliable wifi connection at the site of the presentation. I do however have an Apple TV and AirPort Express. Does anyone have solutions? (Wireless hotspot?) Any tried and true apps that might work? (Very disappointed with Idea Flight). Looking for some clearly outlined solutions. THANK YOU ALL.

Apple not a help...

Tried calling Apple support and they didn't have a solution. I'm hoping someone has also encountered this challenge!

Can't you just email them PDFs?

limited access to research at work, but what about ivideoshow, it would have to be a timed based I guess since it can only start from what I see. But it might put yo oin the right direction.
