I am leaving my job at the end of the week and thus turning in my iPhone then as well. I need to turn my phone in with none of my personal data on it and get all my personal data onto my new iPhone. Currently my work computer has my iTunes on it. Should I just sync the work phone, restore it to new and then plug my new phone in at work? I am scared because I will never use the work computer again. Do I need to plug the work phone it at home and back it up there and then plug in my new phone to link it and then restore the work from work?

Please help!!! I get my new phone today!

I would backup the work phone using Itunes at home. When you get the new personal phone you can restore the data. To erase the data from your work phone you restore as new.

Depending on the sophistication of the systems at work you may not be able to do this.
