iPod Need to transfer ipod library onto new imac??

Hi all, hope you are well.

Just bought a new imac 2.8 24" this morning....yippeeeeee

Anyway, i need to transfer all of my music from my ipod into the new itunes on my new mac without losing it all.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
