Need to transfer iTunes Library. PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, I am getting a new 500GB Western Digital External Hard Drive (Firewire 800) for my 24" imac.

I have like 20GB's of content in my iTunes library on my internal drive.


So I am not quite sure what I need to do to transfer everything over to the new drive.

(Do I just drag everything over to the new external drive, then change where library items are stored in iTunes Prefs.?)
