need to unlock after spirit jailbreak

I am stuck!
I have a jailbroken iphone 3GS (using spirit) running 3.1.3
but it is not carrier unlocked so I cant use it as a phone at all just as an ipod touch...
I screwed up when I updated through itunes without updating my shsh.
Is there anyway I can go back to 3.1.2?
Could there be a fix in the future to unlock the phone spirit?
Fuzzyband doesn't work cause I have a newer Boot loader
Help me someone!
I'd be happy just to be able to down grade to 3.1.2 so I could use blackrain again

You cannot unlock the new baseband. Even if you downgrade you still will have that new baseband. You're out of luck.

the basband im using is 5.12.01... not the 05.12.07

Nope, fuzzyband only works on early 3G models. Not 3GS.
