I need your help to unlock my Iphone4 IOS 4.1 or 4.2! Is it possible ? please let me know asap .. ? I m really worried what tools should I use for unlock this OS.!

You cannot at the moment.
Only if its on basebands that came on firmware with 4.0.2 and below.

iPhone 4's on stock 4.1 and 4.2.1 can't be unlocked, only jailbroken.

When it comes to unlock, you should tell us your modem firmware, aka baseband. That's what determines your ability to unlock. Your iOS determines your ability to jb.
If your baseband is higher than 1.59, you can't unlock an iphone 4.
