Need to update repositories after 5.0.1 untethered JB?

Downloaded and installed the latest (untethered) JB for 5.0.1, however upon opening Cydia, there is almost nothing to install. Really just looking for infinifolders, SSH, and SBSettings.

Do users have to add all the repositories manually now or what?

nope I bought Pkgbackup problem solved! actually had to buy it twice for unknown reasons but still worth it..

Looks like I just needed to close it out and reopen it. Much better now.

Still can't find the IOS5 version of SBSettings or infinifolders though. For whatever reason I'm having an issue accessing my phone (through cyberduck) after installing OpenSSH as well.
