For a secure board meeting, I will be providing iPads for the board directors, only to be used during the board meeting.

I need to give them read access to multiple PDF files, without downloading each file to the iPads, for security reasons.

I thought about using Goodreader with iCkoud or any webDav server (Mac mini server): this solution requires downloading each file to the Goodreader's sandbox prior to allowing a read access. This is not acceptable for our security needs.

Next, I am thinking of installing a Mac Mini server with Airport Extreme, and place the files on the Mac Mini, and give them access through the Apache web server and the Safari browser on the iPads. I think this would work, if we disable the "forward to email" function.

Thoughts? Other solutions? For the web page solution, what is the best tool to develop a simple web page to show the list of files available to open? I think I will use a simple text editor to develop a simple HTML file with HREF in it.

Any thought would be welcome, thanks all in advance, and Happy Holidays,
Yared
