iPod touch Need urgent help to transfer app to itouch from itunes

Hi guys

i urgently need some help help here. i have a 3gs iphone synced wth my itunes. My friend wanted to have some apps and movies downloaded on his itouch. when i click on the device opton in itunes i can see both the apps and the movie showng as on the itouch however when i synce the device the apps and movies are not transferred to the device.
i have tred changng the sync options and it says that all existing apps will be removed. Will that work and will i be required to download all apps again

Your solution is to tell your friend to get his own itunes account and BUY his own apps like the rest of us non-pirates. If he cannot afford them, throw him $3.
