I have a text document with 20,000 URLs and I need to make them all hyperlinked. I cant find a utility to do this.
I can do this kind of thing using Xenforo; just paste it in and preview it and all URLs will be hyperlinked, but this amount of text is too much.

Please explain more? If it's a plain text file then hyperlinks are not possible. Is it an .rtf file (as you would edit with TextEdit) or a Word document, or even some web app (seems more likely given what I can grasp about Xenforo)? What you want is probably possible with some form of scripting, but the details depend on exactly what software you're trying to achieve it in.

I wanted it hyperlinked that I can copy and paste into a WYSIWYG editor.
I already solved my problem; I used email to do it, though it was tricky but I got it done.
