For the last few days the airport for my mac seems to be dying. It rarely picks up the wireless connection and if it does only for a second or two. My friends who bring over their laptops seem to have no problem at all. Same with my ipod. So the wireless is there I just can't get a strong connection with it.

I keep turning my airport off and on hoping to get a lock on a connection. Sometimes when I do as soon as I click on a webpage it then connection dies again.

My mac pro is four years old and I am not sure if it is just dying or if this can be fixed.

I am stuck overseas til December so if my mac dies I am not going to be connected to friends and family.

Please help if you can. Or if you need more details I can provide them.

I would take it to Apple but there is no Apple stores here. Either I figure this out or I get a new one sent over.

I have tried a few strategies but to no avail.
