Hi, everyone. Thanks in advance for suggestions, especially since I am not a regular poster here.

I've been trying to find an anti-glare film for a friend, mostly to no avail. The primary reason an anti-glare shield is needed is because the nice, awesomely glossy display is a bit taxing for someone who has recently had eye surgery.

This is needed for a 24" iMac, and so far, I have only been able to find one that is available in the US: Photodon 24" iMac Anti-Glare

While $45 seems reasonable, especially when one considers that the Power Support anti-glare shields for iPhone run $15, I'm reluctant to recommend this anti-glare product because PhotoDon isn't a familiar name. Power Support does make a similar product, but it is not available in the US, and though they generously offered to import it, the costs become ridiculously prohibitive.

Can anyone recommend another option? have you had experience with this vendor, and could you share opinions on the quality, durability, etc. of the product?

Thanks again. :)

I've only come across photodon myself. They've been around awhile though, and it seems to work.

Given it's the only source in the US, it looks like their it. Personally, if the monitor I'm about to order needs it, I'll go ahead and order from them. I won't know for ~3 weeks though. So you'd have to be patient for me to guinea pig the stuff. :p

If any other member has actually used it, I would truly appreciate your comments about it. :)
