After waiting for hours as I’ve done since the roll out of every iPhone since their inception, I was informed by your team at the Flat Irons Apple store in CO that this year you decided to neglect your most ardent fans by not having ANY 7plus phones this morning. I realize your business model changes, but to ignore your most loyal fans who’ve made a ritual of waiting with much anticipation and talking about all things Apple in line for hours is unacceptable. Many folks left the cold waiting area outside the mall very disappointed, and I’ve lost a great deal of respect for you and your company.
