I have first gen iphone with 2.1 installed.

For some reason when I try to sync google calendars I get :

The Error message is "Error
Domain=GoogleAccounts Code=-1 "Operation could not be completed.
(GoogleAccounts error -1.)

Also, when I go to the Calendar, I see 5 with my name, and a red dot next to it. Then Calendar with a red dot, then local with a gray dot....my buddy who uses google calendar sees only 1 with his name, and it's green?

i can connect through 'Get Calendar List' so I know account info is set up correctly...is there a setting I am missing? Is there a way to make sure those 5 become one database, then delete the others?

possible fix?

I just had the same problem and went to the Nemus advanced menu and selected Clear Events and Accounts (I'm assuming the failed syncs created duplicates on my phone) Now go to your phone settings menu under Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Turn on Time Zone Support and set your location.

That seemed to work for me. For my first sync, I turned the upload off too for fear that it might up my newly created and empty phone calendar.
(using 1st gen phone with quickpwn and 2.2 firmware)
