NES Widescreen and Installer.app Delete

Today I followed some great tutorial on gizmdo and got the installer.app up and running along with NES and summerboard.

I have a couple question:

#1 - Removed I am an idiot and figured out what the issue was

2. Other than a restore is there any other way to get rid of all the "hacks"

3. Lastly I can't seem to sync now, the iTunes seems to stay at Synching Mail Accounts and doesnt get any further, any ideas??
