I figured out how you can still do a nested folder glitch, and it is much more polished than before.

1. Tap and hold on a folder and before the apps start jiggling, enter multitasking.
2. Go back to the home screen. Your folder should be selected and floating.
3. Tap on the destination folder.
4. Click the home button.

OR this:
Its easer to hit the home button twice and then hold the folder before it goes in to multitask.

Just make sure that the instant you begin pressing and holding you press the home button twice to enter multitasking.

Just sayin' but doesn't the animation look the same as the leaked iOS 7 nested folders video?

Doesn't do anything for me.

Got it. You just didn't explain it right. http://youtu.be/YBg8-tQzNu0

This is awesome. The only thing that would make it better is if it would show something in a folder full of folders. Here's my new home screen and the Appa folder I will now be using.
