I just got my new G4 :D:D:D and I need to configure it to share the 'Net connection (dial-up) that my PC is using. Both boxes have NICs and my PC is running Win2k. Ummm... what do I do from here? Shiny Mac.... Gooood Mac....

Let me get this straight. By dial-up you mean 56K, correct?

Ummm, if that's the case you can setup Internet Connection sharing with whatever machine will be on all the time and "serve" the 'Net connection to the other one. I know the general way to do this on a PC, but haven't had any experience doing this on a Mac.
Anyone know if he'll need a crossover cable for this or if a standard Ethernet cable will suffice to go between the two?

Any one have a step-by-step guide (or a link to one)? Networking is probably where I'm the most ignorant when it comes to computers.
