Netbarrier config help / files?

I recently purchased the intego suite, I just finished reading the manual for netbarrier however I'm still thinking its possible I could still tweak the settings. Does anyone have a config file, "or" know of a setup guide I could use?

I've searched google but didn't come up with much.
