I am not sure, what is the cause of this issue. This has happened often, but not every single time.
I am watching a show on Netflix, I pause the show or exit out of it before it auto plays the next episode. I come back to the home screen and turn off tv. audio is connected to the tv via hdmi (ARC).
When I go back in to play the show or any other show on Netflix the next day, the audio stops working. The way I have resolved this is by going to settings, changing the audio setting from best to 5.1 or vice versa. then trying again, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. if it doesn't work, I then go to another app, HBO, amazon etc. and play a show, usually audio is working. Then I go back to Netflix and it start working again.
What is causing this, and how can I resolve it.
Another quick question, I just recently bought a TCL 55s tv from Costco, what would be the best way to take advantage of ATV4k and how would if the content is playing 4k/ DV etc?
