iPhone 11 Pro Netflix caching

I have this weird storage usage from Netflix. I don’t know if it’s been an issue before but I’ve never noticed this with my 8 plus. I notice on my iPhone 11 Pro that NetFlix is using almost 90Gb of my storage, then I checked it under iPhone storage, and it’s seems like it’s mostly shows I’ve watched already and have deleted, and shows that failed during download for offline viewing. I have shows downloaded but it’s nowhere near 30Gb. I have then deleted the whole app because it was just too many, and tiresome to delete one by one. Anyone else have this issue? Or is it just the Netflix app?

I have a similar kind of issue. I deleted episodes of Brooklyn Nine Nine but they still appeared in the storage but not in the Netflix app. I remember having issues playing the downloaded episodes and I had to skip them. Not sure if those were the same episodes that didn’t get deleted.
