Netflix not working on ATV 3rd Gen

I keep getting a message on the screen saying it's not available at this time and this has been going on for several days.

The only way it works is when I play it on my phone and cast it to the ATV. Restarting doesn't it fix the issue either and it's only this app I'm having issues with.
