Netflix on AppleTV now only tied to AppleID now?

So I share a Netflix account with my family, the account is under my parents name. We have either the 2 or 3 screens + HD account so that a couple of us can watch at the same time. I usually only watch on my AppleTV. I tried logging into Netflix this evening and the Netflix app on the ATV wouldn't let me try to sign into any other account than my old netflix account that I had, which was tied to my AppleID. If I tried to "Sign Out" it would just take me back to the home screen.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Just started happening

I'm not sure what you're doing but you can definitely sign in with a normal Netflix account. I did this today.
