Netflix on ATV - Billing questions.

Hi,

I've loaned my uncle my ATV box for a few months. It was factory reset when I give it to him.
He signed up to netflicks for the months free trial. But iTunes have billed him £5.99
I have used Netflix on this box but under a separate Netflix account, Netflix billed me direct, and it was on my own unique Netflix account.

If you sign up to netflixs from ATV; who bills you? Does it come out of your iTunes account? (As aposed to signing up via Netflix web site like i did)

They have never used Netflix before and signed in on their own iTunes account. But Apple/Netflix seem to think they aint entitled to a free month. Any ideas on that?

Billed to iTunes account - you can cancel in the subscription area on the desktop app with the rest of your account info.
