Netflix still has its movies I thought they lost the contact?

There were many reports in August of Netflix loosing its contract with Epix and many big movies such as World War Z (mentioned by name) and Transformers Age of Extinction would disappear from Netflix at the end of September.

But its December and I am watching World War Z on Netflix right now. What is the situation?

What does this have to do with AppleTV?

I just set up an Apple TV for my Dad and got a Netflix subscription for him. I suspect many people use Apple TV for Netflix. I figured there would be people here who knew what was going on.
