Netflix thru iphone 3GS running 4.3.3 to PC monitor?

Hi guys. Question... I've been watching Netflix movies on my iphone, but getting tired of the small screen. Is there a way to watch Netflix thru my iphone and have it display on a PC monitor? I cannot watch Netflix on the PC (work PC and no silverlight installed and no admin to install it).

I've searched for this, but found only how to watch it on a TV... not PC monitor.

Get a cheap composite TV digitizer for the PC and the composite cable for the 3GS. If the NetFlix app doens't support composite output (dunno, haven't checked myself), use DisplayOut after jailbreaking.

Will this digitizer need software installed on the PC? It's a work PC and no admin rights here. If I had would be no issue... silverlight and Netflix would play on PC.
