Netflix videos not playing

I've tired reinstalling Microsoft Silverlight many times but still no luck. It keeps loading, but nothing happens. Do you guys know of a solution?

Perhaps try deleting Silverlight by using the following step by step method and then reinstalling Silverlight. See if that helps.
