Netgear Print Server

Hi,
I just got a G4 powerbook and have a netgear PS121 print server with an epson R200 attached to it. It prints from any windows pc but not from my new mac. Can you help me? I have tried many things.

What have you tried, and what happened?

I have tried every possiblitity given to me by OS X. I have Used LPD and IPP with all the given printer drivers. Everytime nothing happenened except when I used the generic postscript driver; I got it to print out mumbled garbage then spit blank pages until printer was shut off.
