NetInfo Manager Issues

I've been trying to activate the root account so I can install Hamachi. I've already tried terminal and that's not working. For NetInfo, which is apparently another way to activate it, is having some issues.

Whenever I try to launch it, it always quits unexpectedly. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
