NetMonitor App ?

I've tried to search for this but I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for, is there such an app for Mac like DU Meter for Windows ? I just want to see what my DL and UL speeds are from the menu bar, not too interested in daily/weekly/monthly total's.

You can use iStat to show your download and upload speed

EDIT: It appears its no longer free Im sure there is still a free older version available for download out there though.

I've been using Net Monitor for years - can't imagine not having it in my menu bar, though it isn't free

You're welcome. I should add that even though they charge for iStat menus, iStat pro remains free, it works the same but is a dashboard widget instead of being in the menubar
