I switched over from Vienna to NNW and was wondering (even after a Google and MR search) is there a way to have NNW highlight the Latest News upon opening. I searched the preference section and dropdowns and I am at the point now that I know that if it can be done it is something so simple that I'm just a nimrod. 
In the current default setting NNW updates and doesn't highlight any category.
