i have a netshare app but i didnt purchase it, i found it online, is there anyway to put this on my iphone without jailbreaking, i really want tethering but dont want to jailbreak and att's rates are ridiculous

Once your phone is jailbroken, can u put it on and keep in in your iTunes even after you upgrade to a new iPhone version? That way you will always have the app?
No, Jailbroken apps are not synced to iTunes. You can re-download any paid app through cydia by entering your login info after you have Jailbroken your updated iPhone firmware.
