I live out in the country and I'm trying to use AT&T "Wireless Home Internet" which gives me 50G per month. Last month, I very quickly chalked up 50G but I thought it was due to me loading and reloading my iOS devices several times. Yesterday was the start of the new month and all of my counters (router, AT&T, and gateway) all agree that I used 10G yesterday. I'm more than a little stunned.

I'm going to start capturing "netstat -in" on my Mac to see how much traffic it is consuming. I'd like to do the same thing on my iOS devices. Is there an iOS app that I can install that would help me with this?

Of course, finer detail such as which external hosts I'm downloading from would be helpful too so if anyone can advise me on that, that will be appreciated too.
