"Network Connections Interrupted" Keeps Popping Up..

I have an Airport Extreme Base Station which is connected to an USB external hard drive for back up using Time Machine. My mac is connected to the AEBS via WIFI. Lately the "Network Connections Interrupted" message keeps popping up once very hour or so. I then checked the connection which is fine so I am baffled as to why this keeps happening, needless to say this is very annoying. Any ideas how to fix this? I can't find anything of use in google or apple site. Thanks in advance.
