I have a couple of external HD's being served on my home network that contain my families iTunes, iPhoto etc. Each user has a script that launches on login that mounts these drives (as they are not very computer savvy & I wanted to make as easy as possible for them) which works very well.
For some reason however, if the user was already logged in & you switch to that user (that already had the drives mounted) it re-mounts & leaves remnants of the previous same drives (below).
You can just eject these but I wondered if anyone had any clue as to why (as I keep getting asked what they are for!)
