I have spent the last two weeks trying to figure out how to solve the "network error connection refused" to no avail.
Brief background: My iPhone 3G does not have a working Wifi. I have jailbroken the phone, downgraded to 06.15.00, installed Cydia, installed iFunbox, installed OpenSSH, installed a toggle and installed WinSCP on my PC (by the way I am using windows 7).
I have run out of ideas on how to fix the problem. I have downloaded OpenSSH from CydiaUpdates.net and think that it may be broken.
Can someone provide some direction?
