I'm trying to connect to my LAN and the internet via DHCP, but I keep getting the following error:

192.168.0.101 in use by 00:08:a1:01:23:a5, DHCP Server 192.168.0.1

Up until yesterday evening it worked just fine, then for no apparent reason it popped up that message and can no longer connect. It's possible that someone else in my house rebooted the router at that time, but the other three computers are connecting properly, mine is the only one that isn't. I've tried renewing the DHCP lease, but that doesn't help. It keeps trying to assign me an IP address that it says is in use elsewhere. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how I can fix the problem?

nm... figured it out
