woke up without internet the other day. Tech support did some things and says I should be good. I have direct fiber. Getting nothing over wifi and have plugged directly to Mac and get nothing. Questions: airport utility says Internet is "disconnected". When I go into settings on the Mac and in "network" it says connected and is green when I'm plugged into my time machine, but when I plug directly to Mac the dot turns yellow. Either way I'm not getting anything. I have restarted everything a million times and run the diagnostic and still nothing. Any suggestions? They can't come to my house until Wednesday so I'm trying whatever I can to not wait that long.
