I've got two airports in range of my Apple TV (located in my basement). One is my base station, the other is connected to an Ethernet switch which currently passes Internet to several other devices.
My problem is that the airport express is causing streaming issues. Previously, my orgiginal Airport extreme was the only router in the house, and I could stream flawlessly despite the distance between my iMac and Apple TV. Since adding the two additional routers (and subsequently moving my old extreme base station next to my iMac) I'm getting problems because the Apple TV wants to connect to my Express vs. Main Hub.
Is there a way to force my AppleTV to always be a client of my express, or a way to set up the airport so that it will simply receive the internet and distribute to my Ethernet switch (basically a setting for making it a receiver vs and access point?)
Here's a diagram further explaining my set-up.
