Network key from PC not allowing PC to join network

I put a Cisco AIR-PCI 1352 Card in my PC in order to wirelessly join my network (20" iMac, G4 Mac Mini, Airport Extreme w/WPA2 encryption, Airport Express). I see the network, and when I put the network key in as I would on the Mac, I get an error message stating that the network key must be in 40 bits or 104 bits, which can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters. My suspicion is that the card doesn't handle WPA2 encryption. Has anyone ever encountered this issue?

It looks like the Cisco card only uses WEP as you've rightly deduced.
