(network) location based settings?

I am trying to figure out how to set up different file sharing profiles based what internet network I am connected to. Basically, I want to allow folks to see my computer and view specific folders when I am connected to my home network but make my computer less visible (or invisible) when I am connected to other, public networks.

Any advice?
