Network monitor

Is there an application, or better still a menu bar item, that you can use to not only monitor network traffic, but also which applications are transmitting data.

Every now and again iStat menu bar says that there is a load of network traffic but I don't know which applications are responsible and I would like to find out. Thanks.

I use MenuMeters (find it on Version Tracker) to track my network usage, and LittleSnitch to track what connections are being made by what applications or daemons.
