I am trying to find some network performance monitoring software that will run on an old 2007 macbook. I've been having some real issues with internet connectivity (Comcast) and am trying to measure network performance (speed, latency, and all of the normal SLA measurements over time with a log that I can send to the PUC. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!
