Having some trouble with my 1st Gen phone, can't tell if it's the phone itself or the network. I'm able to make a call, but part way through it, i can't hear anything, and the person on the other end cannot hear me. The call will eventually come back in, both parties can hear each other. The call does not get dropped while this is happening. It doesn't appear that I am losing service. Some clicking noise can be heard on my end when this is happening. I've left myself a couple of long voicemails, it will cut out during the middle of it, or cut off the end of it.
As for the network, I am in Boston on Cingular.
If the problem keeps up, I will probably just take it to an apple store to have it looked at.
