Network Preferences, Duplicated "Preferred Networks", wifi passwords not saving...

I think I might have a corrupt preferences file or something...

I am experiencing some weird stuff...

First, some times when I delete my preferred networks list and then reopen network preferences, the list is back. And some of the networks are duplicated... And sometimes they somehow lose their saved passwords...

Help?
